How many days does it take to ship a product?

Our garments are Made to Order and handcrafted meticulously for you; hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Generally, we would require 2-3 weeks. Please Note: - Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 5-7 business days to deliver the item.

What are the Shipping Charges?

  • Free Shipping Within India
  • For International orders, we charge standard shipping charges 3500 for orders below 25000, we offer free international shipping for orders above 25000.
Details about 'MADE TO ORDER?

All Mityan garments are handcrafted individually for you. We have the ‘Made To Order’ option. Here you can directly contact us on +91 9711163110 or email us on mityan.official@gmail.com and our team will contact you to discuss your customizations. Custom changes like color of your choice and any minor silhouette or embroidery changes (silhouette & embroidery adjustments include: adding or removing sleeves, adjusting necklines, addition/ reduction of embroidery etc.) We rework each embroidery layout to ensure the silhouette and placement is complementary and suited to the client's shape.

Measurements:

In an event where a customer requires the 'Made To Order’ option, after getting in touch with us, our team will discuss your customizations and share a measurement guide & chart for custom sizing for you to fill and also guide you through the process further.

Timing:

Orders are delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks from order confirmation depending on the silhouette and style selected.

Pricing:

Pricing is based on the addition/reduction of the embroidery selected, as well as any silhouette updates. Once the customizations are discussed with you, our team will provide you with a final quote for your order that will have to be paid for the order to be confirmed and processed.

For plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 41 inch and above), we charge a 15% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price.

We require a 100% deposit upon receipt of the order (all payments must be done in advance)

Why does it take 8-12 weeks to deliver an outfit?
The garments we make are individually handcrafted for you with meticulous craftsmanship. Time is the essence in the process of production of your mityan garment. Every step is taken forward with a lot of care and patience.

We would like to clarify that this isn’t always how long a piece usually takes. It all depends on how busy we are at the moment/our schedules and order timelines. This is why it is advisable to place your order a couple of months in advance so that there is enough time for the production of the garment.

Can I cancel my order?

In case of requests for order cancellations, the request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer can email us at (mityan.official@gmail.com) for the same. Once the order is shipped from our end we do not offer any kind of cancellation.

Once a cancellation has been accepted, the customer will receive a refund in their debit card/ credit card/account used at the time of checkout or via net banking within 7 business days.


Can you make the outfit I want to order in another color or as per my measurements?

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?

Yes, Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by the client since, 'Whenever an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations.

For more details on those costs and procedures, please contact your local customs authority.

Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?

We apologize, at the moment we do not have COD Option for Domestic or International Customers. All order payments are to be made in advance.

How can I check the status of my product?
We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.

What if there is an issue with my garment when I receive it since I am ordering it from an other country?
Before every garment is dispatched we make sure a quality check is always done by our team. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to transportation once the package is shipped from our studio. However since the garment is hand-made there may be a chance for minor repair. If you want us to repair the same at our workshop in Delhi, any customs or courier costs for both ways (couriering it to Delhi and back to you) have to be borne by the customer.

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
We have a NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy as all garments are handcrafted individually for you. We also do not offer any refunds. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.

Do you offer customization?

How can I book an appointment with the designers for a Custom Made outfit?

How do I place a custom order and share my measurement details? As there is no way to share my custom measurements while placing the order on the website?
For a custom order, we request you to email us on mityan.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9711163110, once our team discusses your customizations with you the payment shall be processed and our team will share a measurement guide and chart for you to fill for custom sizing and also guide you through the process.

I don’t live in Delhi. How can I get in touch with the designer for a Custom Made outfit?

I have placed an order. But I require it to be shipped before the given delivery time. Is that possible?
Generally, we would require 2-3 weeks for production + shipping. However, in some cases, we may be able to dispatch your order sooner depending on how busy our schedule is at that given time. Does the product color look the same as the image?
While the product we ship you matches the color in the image exactly from our end, any inconsistency in color may be possible due to the bright lighting used during the photo-shoot of the garment, or due to the difference in color modes & brightness of different screens/devices that are used to browse the website.

How do I get my outfit altered if it needs any alteration after I receive my order?
We normally keep a 4" margin/allowance in all our outfits. Usually, the measurements are exact and the alteration is relatively minimal. Regardless, if any changes are required, we would be happy to assist you.

In case of international orders it is preferred if the client gets the alterations done locally at their end. If you decide that you require any further alterations after receiving your outfit from us, we will be open to assisting you however; we will not be liable for the shipping of your outfit back to us and then back to you, should it need alterations. Any shipping or custom duty will have to be borne by the customer on the occasion that the outfit requires any alteration.

I shopped the product from a multi-designer outlet. Can any alterations be done?
For all products shopped from a multi designer outlet, please contact the same multi-designer outlet for alterations.
